“An American physician who goes by the pseudonym Paracelsus wrote a scathing critique of the current state of the U.S. healthcare system. Some of the problems he highlights have been building for years, such as declining standards of rigor for medical school admissions, and medical students being largely pushed through once they've been accepted. Other problems were exposed by COVID. The whole essay is worth reading, so I have posted it in its entirety below.”
