You also have stipulations about deficit offsets that must be taken into account. You can not pass regularly legislative items under the guise of reconciliation.”

We think this is kind of a head-scratcher. The current number is over 89% of registered voters turned out. The previous Wisconsin highwater mark was only 73% in 2004. We will leave it to your imagination as to why that may be.
