“The U.S. Supreme Court dismissed a challenge to President Donald Trump’s plan to exclude illegal immigrants from the count used to determine congressional districts, Reuters reported Friday.  The court ruled 6-3 against a lawsuit attempting to block Trump’s plan to bar illegal immigrants from the census, Reuters reported.  The ruling said “judicial resolution of this dispute is premature” because the Trump administration’s plans are unclear.”

“Minnesota’s top Republican threatened the budget of Democratic Attorney General Keith Ellison after Ellison sought to crack down on two bars that openly defied coronavirus restrictions.  The threat of the purse string from Senate Majority Leader Paul Gazelka, R-East Gull Lake, came as tensions over COVID restrictions on bars and restaurants seemed to reach new levels.”

This certainly does not make us feel more confident in Dominion Voting Systems. “Dominion Voting Systems has come under scrutiny for its ownership structure after its parent company raised funds with the help of a Swiss bank before the 2020 U.S. presidential election. The transaction, peculiar in several ways, has led some to speculate a Chinese entity could be the indirect investor of Dominion.”
