This is not a new cartoon this time, but a little bit of patting ourselves on the back.  We are gratified that our previous opinion is now substantiated.  In March of last year, we called BS on this guy's paper and said it was not science but expert conjecture.  The link to that old post will be in the first comment.  It must be Karma.
