More Mystery Hospital excess utilization.  And nobody knows why.

Hospitals can't seem to catch a break. Non-COVID-19 admits are quite high and some ER's are quite full.  Listed conditions include; "abdominal pain, respiratory problems, blood clots, and heart conditions".

In the first comment below, there is a handy graphic on Minnesota hospital utilization. Please note that the figures are for "staffed beds". That is they have a few more beds but those are not staffed.
