We find it troubling that these simulated wargame scenarios are not being won by America. This is a good wake-up call. Common knowledge has the military as being always ready to fight the last war. So, consider what our military, industrial complex is comfortable funding through Congress. Spoiler alert, it is largely weapons systems that would have helped win the last war.
