We thought that we should add this timely tidbit. Our Government is supposed to be of, by, and for the people and not a dictatorship.  We flattened the curve a long time ago. That the hospitals in Minnesota are now 20% understaffed is not the people's problem. So, if our elected leaders want to tell us they have no beds, we should ask whose fault is that?

For some perspective, North Dakota is 50% understaffed.  So, enjoy this libertarian piece from a libertarian organization.

We don't think this announcement adds much clarity. I guess we shall just take it at face value and see what happens. “Trump Campaign general counsel Jenna Ellis tweeted a joint statement with Rudy Giuliani which reads: "Sidney Powell is practicing law on her own. This does not help us in the US but we like this NEWS. “An appeals court in Portugal has ruled that the PCR process is not a reliable test for Sars-Cov-2, and therefore any enforced quarantine based on those test results is unlawful.

Further, the ruling suggested that any forced quarantine applied to healthy people could be a violation of their fundamental right to liberty.

Most importantly, the judges ruled that a single positive PCR test cannot be used as an effective diagnosis of infection.”

“On Friday, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson issued a statement thanking President Trump for saving his life after Carson and his wife contracted the coronavirus, writing: “I became desperately ill. President Trump was following my condition and cleared me for the monoclonal antibody therapy that he had previously received, which I am convinced saved my life.””

U.S. Middle District Judge Matthew Brann, an Obama appointee, ruled that the campaign presented "strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations" that were "unsupported by evidence."”

“A state court in Indiana struck down a sanctuary plan for illegal aliens implemented by the city of Gary because it violates state law.  "This is a final judgment," said the order from Judge Stephen E. Scheele of Lake Superior Court.”
